Installing an OS on the monitor?

[CPU: 4.7ghz I5 6600k] [MBAsus Z170 Pro G] [RAM: G.Skill 2400 16GB(2x8)]

[GPU: MSI Twin Frozr GTX 970] [PSU: XFX Pro 850W] [Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo]
[Storage: 500GB WD HDD / 128GB SanDisk SSD ] [Case: DeepCool Tessaract]

[Keyboard: AZIO MGK1] [Mouse: Logitech G303] [Monitor: 2 x Acer 23" 1080p IPS]

what... im not sure what your getting at here man... you want to install an OS on your monitor? also STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM WINDOWS 8 ITS THE DEVIL AND IT SHOULD BE BURNED.(atleast IMO)

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

on your computer right? then get a disk or other instalation medium like an USB stick with an ISO image of the OS you want to install and a key for it, insert your instalation medium into your PC and start it up, then just click your way through the instalation and insert the key when it asks for it and then you should be done

at a store, online or you can create one yourself with a USB stick, an ISO file and a ISO burner, you can get an ISO file from microsoft i think
