They can look really legit, all they need to do is create a bogus 'click here to change your password link' and they got you. 

 

I suggest navigating to the site yourself and change or closing your account. Some sites will get attacked and user info stolen, google to see if their site was recently compromised. 

Hello. Recently I've been getting lots of emails regarding compromises of my account and then them being blocked, what should I do? apart from change the passwords on everything else is there anyway else to secure myself?

Am I being over-paranoid?
