You have paired a non overclock-able CPU with an over clocking chip-set . You could maybe save some money by changing the motherboard or upgrading to a 6600K CPU to allow overclocking.

See here .. http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/2099-intel-chipset-comparison-z170-h170-h110

(its only another $20 for K CPU)

Tell me, do you really need that motherboard? Considering that you don't have an unlocked CPU to begin with, that you can't overclock.

Get a cheaper motherboard and a cheaper PSU that won't compromise quality to get a larger SSD and a i7 6700K (although you could go for a i5 6600K and save some cash there).

P.S.

Case is a NZXT H440 Mid tower

Dont get the most expensive motherboard on the market, downgrade it a bit so you can buy better or more stuff. If you downgrade your motherboard to a 100$ you could upgrade your Graphics card to probably a 980 ti
