Won't post at all.. help?

Hello I have been trying to figure out why my motherboard won't stay on and post. I have everything plugged in correctly- check

Cpu is compatible- check

Every time I turn it on it turns on for 5 secones then off then back on and off and repeats infinitely. What can be the problem? 

 

Bored is a GA-EX58-UD3R

check ram, and make sure motherboard connections are firmly plugged in

try putting the ram in a different slot. IF that doesnt work, but could possibly be your PSU
