I was thinking about doing a pc build some time. Windows licenses for windows ten are expensive. Would buying a cheaper windows 7 license, such as this (http://www.amazon.com/Windows-Premium-Builder-Refurbished-Installation/dp/B00LG0K4MM/ref=sr_1_2?s=software&ie=UTF8&qid=1459203153&sr=1-2&keywords=windows+7) ,and getting the free windows 10 upgrade be a smart idea?

It is an oem copy so if you move motherboards then you need to get another copy of windows, so try to find regular copies(cost more) they will allow you to upgrade mobo's

I'm always here to help
