Ark Survival Evovled

I'm not sure if this topic belongs here, but oh well. I want to get Ark Survival Evolved, but I am not sure my PC can handle it on high setting. I want to get at least 60fps. Would I have to turn it down to low settings? What parts would need upgrading?Here is is http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pJnc3C

The game is horribly optimized already even 980ti's struggle to even hit 60fps

Dude I have a i5 2400 and a GTX970 and can't get a stable frame rate at mid settings. The game runs like complete arse

so it isn't a very optimized game? I thought it was still in development

It's very much still in development, but in its current state, it's quite poorly optimized indeed. I run the game at 1440p, but with a slightly scaled down resolution, High settings for the most part, but all shadows set to Low, and Sky Effects turned all the way down, and I get 30-40 FPS, tops. You can see my specs in my sig (my 5820K is even overclocked to 4500 MHz).

At its current state, nope. 

I have the same video card and a 4770, and I can't bear more than 30 minutes at a time. I'm on low/medium minimum resolution scale and I get 30-50 fps. Not to mention it looks like garbage.

 

Keep in mind when I say this that I'm not  very hard to please in terms of fps and graphics.
