One way is using Windows' partitioning tool that can be found in Control Panel. Just search for "Create and format hard disk partitions" in the Control Panel. Just make sure the partition you delete doesn't contain files you'd like to keep.

Having multiple logical partitions is a rather normal thing which helps for better data management. If you want to re-partition your drives into single partitions you would need to format them and this gets rid of your data so I would strongly recommend creating backups of it before proceeding.
