I want to know your opinon on what I should buy, either the:

desk mic will have better performance but it isn't as convenient

I would get a set just for the convenience as I wouldn't have to make room for a microphone on the desk,

it's not like the in line mic is crap or something, it's still pretty good

if you're not streaming or doing POD casts, then get the headset

That microphone is another thomann cheap and shitty copy and it will be cheap and shitty so I dont recommend it at all. I suspect for your self it will just be annoying as it will pick up surrounding noises like keyboards noise computers etc. So just for ease and probably more practical and useful having a microphone near your mouth I pick the headset.
