Coop Gameplay till you reach max lvl. 30-50h depending on your Playstyle and how many Sidemissions you do. Yes totaly worth it.

But the Endgame, DarkZone and PvP is in a ridiculous state atm. and need serious overwork.

I've not had a chance to try it yet, but I've been repeatedly told this game as it stands is on the same trajectory as Star Wars Battlefront currently is. (In a negative fashion).

 

My take from that: limited single player, mostly multiplayer, can be fun. Eyecandy A+. Limited depth, lack of longevity - overall waste of money at the current cost. Wait three + months and the price will tank.

 

Unless Ubisoft turn it around, and don't hold your breath given their track record on that.

You shouldnt give advice based on what you have heard. Its a very good Coop Exp. And worth the Money if you looking for that. If you search for SP or PvP, than its not worth it atm.

The world and environments are well designed and combat in engaging enough in co-op but the missions get repetitive and tedious before you hit the level cap.

 

Not going to comment on the dark zone as I'm only level 16 in there and the other week Ubi released some balancing patch for XP, Dark zone currency gain and the risk/reward for going rogue and I haven't checked out the DZ to see how it has changed things.

From what I could tell, the Beta turned out quite repetitive, which I would imagine the end game in the release would as well. I'm gonna wait until the price drops, and then reconsider buying it (personally) as I have had too many issues with Ubisoft games and I refuse to pay full price for them.

I give my opinions based on what I have seen, because you know, not having played the game doesn't mean I've not watched others play it. And funnily enough..

 

Unfortunately for you I've now had a chance to play it, my opinion is that it's not worth buying at all. That includes coop gameplay because we have other games that are better, and more to the point actually fun. I can get better coop gameplay from completely free games like Warframe. That also happens to look better. And likewise has no endgame, and pretty tedious pvp. It also happens to be miles better for Soloers.

 

As has already mentioned don't use the 'coop makes the game better' crutch because that applies to nearly every game, good and terrible alike.

You know nothing John Snow. Warframe is no match. Gameplaywise and hell not Graphicswise.

Feel free to disagree with me, it makes no difference: my original comment is downgraded from 'maybe' to no "fucking way". That's my advice to the op and not to you - you've clearly gone and got the game and are biased toward it.

 

Tldr - it doesn't look that good as people make out, it's not fun, it gets really repetitive very quickly, and isn't free.

I just know the Game, you dont. That makes the difference.

Clearly because you say so, it must therefore be.

 

I was given my copy for free, and I still don't like it. The difference is I'm not biased because I have no vested interest - and I'm not the only one who says it's bad.

 

Also you don't even know how many hours I've spent playing it, so perhaps you shouldn't comment on what I know.

 

It'll be interesting to see what other memes and assumptions you come up with, go ahead.
