I upgrades last night to windows 10 (from windows 8.1) and i can't access websites completely (e.g. facebook would only display the top blue bar). i tried using my android phone to access the net and all sites are loading fast. any solutions to this? I've opt to downgrade to 8.1 just to use it now...

Mozilla firefox, google chrome, and edge. all of them have those issues

Did you upgrade or clean install? If upgrade then you want to back up all your data then create a bootable usb using media creation tool and boot from the usb to clean install Windows 10. Windows 10 does odd issues when you upgrade but it doesn't when you clean install.

Do a clean install of the OS.  That's a great start.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
