"Artifacts" in browser?

I don't know if these are artifacts but its concerning to me:

That happened in my browser URL bar, I can't reproduce it so I don't know what caused it. Is it an issue?

OK, The CPU Graphics are disabled in the BIOS and the R9 390 is doing all the work; whilst also being up to date with the drivers, does this mean the GPU has some issues?

Should I enable the CPU Graphics (Intel HD 530)

you don't have hardware issues it's just a thing that tends to happen with Windows when it starts to page a lot of memory and sometimes doesn't reload it correctly

it shouldn't happen often
