HyperX Cloud Microphone Acting Weird

So, my microphone only works when plugged into the back of the computer. I won't work when plugged into the headphones or the control box. The control box works, I've tested it with another mic, but that mic doesn't fit into the headphones all the way, so I can't test the headphones. Any ideas?

Okay, so I had it working for a second. I had to push on the mic a certain way, but now it's not working anymore.
