1.14v!?!?!?!?
My i7 uses 1.36v and its stable.. anything less and its unstable.

And its only at 4.5ghz like yours.

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Haven't played any games yet, but went through all those benchmarks and a 2 hour run of Intel XTU without an issue.

voltage seems low. why not set it to 1.3v and go for an even higher OC?

4.5 should be more than enough for any game right now. I'd like to keep this CPU for a while.

Looks ok, you might have stability issues once you start doing things other than benchmarks and "burn in"....

I would recommend you try using Hard brake to do some video encoding to test the stability of your overclock, it quickly finds out a bad overclock...and generally if it runs for an hour or so, it's pretty much 99% stable.

Looking at your settings you have not touched the Ring Voltage, and left it auto i personally had to bump mine up to 1.2 and set it at static to get stability...

I hate haswell overclocking, its a pain compared to what Ivy was.
