Ok guys this is my question. I used my internal raid controller on my motherboard MSI z97 g45 and i had to send it in for warranty. Will i loose everything on my raid 0 once i receive the new board with the same raid controller? I will be getting the same model board back just my old board bios bricked during an update.

should be okay, as long as you set up your raid EXACTLY the way it was.  Not 100% sure though.

alright.  do that, and you should be good to go.  I can't promise anything though, as RAIDs can be a little fucky sometimes.

Somehow windows 10 disk management was able to recognize and reconstruct a hardware raid 0 I set up on my old motherboard and convert it to a software raid array so you might get lucky as long as the array wasn't where your os was.  You should be fine since the controller will be the same anyway though.

I find it safer for any RAID 0 to be external like a NAS.

So I can remove the HDD cage/mount for better airflow, and any change in internals dont put the array at risk

this has nothing to do with the topic
