Question about OS

I was wondering if I can play normal games that are on windows 8.1 on windows 8.1 embedded. Please don't say windows embedded is not for normal use I KNOW THAT. All I want is the know if normal games on windows are compatible with windows 8.1 embedded.

My PC (Big Blue)

Cpu- Amd Fx 6300

Gpu- GTX 960 4gb

Motherboard- Asus M5A97 plus

Ram- Hyper X Fury 8gb 1866

PSU- EVGA 600b

HDD- WB Blue

SSD- MX Crucial 250gb 

Case- NZXT s340 Black/Blue

So could I do desktop gaming on steam. And run regular games that would run on windows 8.1
