Win 10, problem reading Japanese

Hey guys,

I have a little problem with my recently build pc.
I tried to install a Japanese software, and the kanjis aren't showed properly. Making me unable to troubleshoot a problem I got.

I guess I have already installed the Japanese language pack since I can write in Jap with my keyboard. ご覧の通り

Am I doing something wrong somewhere ? My location setting is in Japan.
Help ^^
