$550 PC BUDGET BUILD

How does it look for a budget build? I was originally gonna go for a i3 6100 first but my parents said that I could get a better processor for future proof. Should I use the 6500 or the 6400? The games I'm gonna play is Minecraft, CS:GO. Might render in Sony Vegas but nothing too intensive. The case is usually $35USD.
