Games not Working

Gday folks!

I have an interesting problem that I want to solve ASAP.

Just Cause 2 will not launch at all from steam or desktop shortcut. It opens then crashes saying "Just Cause 2 Has Stopped Responding". 

I have tried doing  clean install of the game, deleted all drivers with DDU, verified integrity of game files reinstalled windows and it still occurs. I am stumped on this.

Also no mods have been installed.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try launching it by double clicking the EXE file in its file directory.

 

If that doesn't work, maybe try running in compatibility mode (Properties > compatibility > Run this program in compatibility mode for: )

hahaha thats what I originally thought or they were trying to make me buy JC3. All other games are working
