Random window Appearing

I'm having an issue where a random window appears when I click sometimes. It only happens when I'm in a program or game. Is there a FREE application I can use to monitor all applications with a log?

 

In the video the screen is flashing because of Shadowplay. You can see the window I'm talking about appear the 5 second mark.

I would check your task manager> processes

Dear god, was that just the capture program or does your screen always glitch to the desktop like that? or does it accompany the window?

I was actually trying to record the task manager. It ended up using desktop capture with 3 monitors and BO3 running In borderless. I assume that was the glitching. Believe me, I did try task manager and "google-ing" a monitor. The only ones i found you have to enter the path to the program. That won't work since I don't know the name of whatever is causing this. I did not find anything strange in Event Viewer either.

Well the window said Microsoft windows

So its either a legitimate system program reporting an error or a virus spoofing as windows. I would do a sweep with malwarebytes or ASC9 first. Maybe update or reinstall some drivers.

I forgot to mention I did all that already.... lol my bad

Is there anyway you could catch what the window says? a fast recorder or click on it
