MSI VS Gigabyte 960

I need your help with this build

I am facing a purchase decision between Gigabyte GV-N960IXOC-4GD OR MSI 9604GD5T OC

both are the same price 167.23 euro

should I pick msi for better cooling or gigabyte for the smaller form factor

I buying in a few hours

tbh, you should get an r9 380 from MSI, Sapphire, or XFX.

Between those two cards, I'd go for the MSI one

i have the gigabyte card and its been good for me, but the fans are kinda of annoying it revs up and slows down like every few minutes even if im just browsing the web and gpu never gets past 32 deg. there is supposed to be a bios update to fix that though, supposedly. so if you are looking for a quiet card this one isnt it.
