Thinking around 350 USD

ok and how many inches does the card have to be max? if your thinking less than 10 inches then try the Gigabyte r9 390 8gb its 9.23inches and is a 390

As i said, i got an Asus geforce gtx 750 1gb and that works well in most cases but i falls a bit short in therms of V-ram. budget is around 350 USD

We get that.
Look, we need to know what you're using it for to prevent you from wasting money.
We also need to know the maximum size of the graphics card, so we know what exactly fits in your case. "Small" can be anything.

Initianally I would go for a Sapphire 4GB R9 380 ITX compact. That's as small as it gets in that price range and is enough for playing AAA games at 1080p.

All of the recommendations has been really helpful, i'm currently standing between:

EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB PhysX CUDA

Sapphire Radeon R9 380 2GB GDDR5 ITX

Gigabyte GeForce NVIDIA GTX 970 4GB Mini ITX

Of curse i'm looking more at the two at the top because of price and such, but what do you think?
