Checked them all, I secured the motherboard, and cpu power connectors as well as the front I/O connectors. Nothing changed

Take it out of the case and try booting it on the MB box or something to make sure there's no grounding issues

So I had just cable managed my PC and when I went to turn it on, there was no response. I have proper power supplied to the system, my board's LEDs are lit and my case switches are plugged in. I even tried using the reset switch plug in the place of my power switch plug trying to get it to work. This led to no avail and now I am stumped. I also don't have a motherboard speaker to hear any beep codes that could be heard so I'm at a loss there too. Is there anything I could do to get my PC starting up again?

Go back to every cable you unplugged and make sure it's in all the way.  Especially the 24 Pin ATX, 8 PIN CPU and front i/o connectors.

Just did that and there was an extra standoff under the board, I'll assume that's the reason why it didn't power on but the weirder thing is that it's been there for quite a while. Anyways, thanks a ton!
