Not really. Its the Xbox One side that does that with pirated games.

In what way? You can disable most of the phone home features. Data does get sent back to microsoft but its things like update status and timezone information. They dont really go looking at you programs unless there is a problem caused by one and its sent in a report.

If you are really paranoid find which ports are used and selectively block them ports which communicate with microsoft servers.

Spybot Anti Beacon blocks it all in the Host's File. Barnacles did a video on it once. Ive used this tool and im guessing its working.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
