The SS QCKs are pretty nice, I have two but my first one being the WoW Mists of Pandaria one frayed to hell after 5 to 6 months. But I ordered the Fallout 4 one from the Bethesda store and this one holds up a lot better.

If you're thinking about razer, I'd recommend staying away from the razer goliathus because they tend to get sticky after a few months of use, all 3 of mine get some kind of static or strange stickiness to them that makes it hard to make slight movements.

I personally use a Glorious mouse pad, but the main reason I bought that is because it's HUGE. I would highly recommend the QCK, although I feel that the QCK+ would be better if you plan to play with low DPI.

Excuse me? What is placebo about the fact that someone's mouse doesn't work on a glass table? What is placebo about the surface of my table getting ugly wear marks on it due to using a mouse on it? What is placebo about my mouse moving faster and easier on a Func 1030 compared to a Razer Goliathus Speed?

I own and use, sorted from newest to oldest: SteelSeries 6Gv2. Microsoft SideWinder X4. Mionix Naos 7000. Zowie EC1 Evo. Microsoft SideWinder X8. Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer 3.0. Dell U2414H. Samsung P2270H. AKG K273 Pro. Sennheiser HD555. Razer Goliathus Speed Medium. Func 1030 L. Qpad CT Medium.

I used to own: Razer DeathAdder 3G. Razer Krait. IntelliMouse Optical 1.1. SteelSeries QcK.

I use a HyperX Fury at home and a Corsair MM200 at work. Would recommend both. Just a word that the edges on the HyperX Fury are a bit sharp/scratchy although that doesn't bother me much.
