Is this why AI is a bad idea? Or is this simply indicative of the re-rise of fascism?

Or would such a robot always learn from the most extreme sources?

 

I suspect Microsoft would be making changes to make sure the AI doesn't express love for that Hitler guy again. If so, would it be wrong, amounting to censorship and avoidance? Or would it be justified?

 

I find this slightly *humourous. Slightly. I miss the days when such an AI would simply express its love for cats when monitoring the internet.

It's amazing. Was on /g/ and /pol/ when they got the idea to fuck with it.  It was a good time.

What I find funny is, originally it was speaking in broken ebonics...  As it was taught horrible things though, its English got better...  I'm not saying that it's okay to teach a bot racist things, but it is kind of interesting that they improved its language ability.
