Modding Tools Questions

So ive recently got a new PC and now want to try modding my games (Skyrim for now and Fallout: New Vegas later), however when i go to look at tutorials, there is this big argument with ether to get NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) or to get MO (Mod Organizer). I just have a few questions about the two and am going to number them off just for convenience. And before anyone says "Just go on YouTube" i want to clarify that i have but some questions are still not answered fully and i would like to hear from someone who could possibly explain it better.

1. What do you recommend and why?

2. I am only planning on having around 100-150 mods, (including the graphical mods and ENB's) will either NMM or MO handle this better?

3. I heard NMM is simple to install mods with however is easy to mess up on, are both of these true?

That is it for now, nothing really left off the top of my head. If anyone can help or give some advise, it would be appreciated.

NMM can hangle 100-150 mods. At its most glorious, my skyrim had like 123 mods without any issues.

There are also programs like TESV Edit which will launch the game and show you the load process step by step, and allow you to pinpoint which mod/mods are causing launch issues (which is the most common issue with many mods) really quickly.

I use Nexus mods, they are easy to install, I only have 10 or so activated atm so I can't say what 100 or 150 will look like.

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

Thank You both for replying quickly, i will use NMM then and hope for the best. I will leave the question unsolved for a bit longer to see if more people have advise but i do appreciate both of your comments which helped me decide NMM.
