XBOX on not always working. anyone else?

I just noticed that my XBOX one "xbox on" feature hasnt been working very well after the last update, has anyone else been experiencing this issue? is there a fix?

This tends to fix 99% of problems with any Xbox One.

I hard reset every couple weeks. I agree with the above poster, fixes 99% of problems.

EDIT :

Hard reset did not work. I also checked and the kinect is plugged in completely. but sometimes the feature works and sometimes it doesnt.
