Troubleshooting Motherboard

Hey all,

 

I recently bought an ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming X99M Killer LGA 2011-v3 Intel Motherboard and was ready to put my build together. It booted up but with no graphics and an error code display of 09. After the 3rd reboot the system will not even POST. Below are the rest of the components:

1. Try booting with a different GPU(I realize it is an extreme edition processor so you can't boot without an GPU)

2. Try booting with one stick of RAM
3. Try another PSU

4. Reset CMOS?

5. Still not working?, this is why I don't trust AsRock boards any more. RMA IT

Problem related to memory. Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module or try using other memory modules.
