Safe 4790k voltage

I would like to know the max safe voltage for this cpu so it won't explode or anything. I don't care about temps. I just want to know the max allowed before it just kills itself, falls down the stairs, flips shit, slams a tinny, rolls over, belly up, head in the sand, buries itself. You know? I just want to reach a new overclock for my cpu

Usualy 1.35V is point you dont want to get over but depends on chip. Some people can go to 1.4V and above with really good coolers but my chip would just explode at that point.
