New PC build (Budget)

Heyo everyone. (First post excited to be part of the community)

My name is James but I am better known as Cloversunial throughout several games on the net.
And I am going to build my own computer soon. And I thought I might share my build with you guys to help you guys make a computer on a relatively low budget but that will still last for a long time with you. I play currently on a laptop so I will have to get everything new except for my keyboard, mice, standup microphone and headphones

Keep in mind that this build is my build choice after the games that I "Competitively" play which will be listed down below here.

Counter-Strike Global Offensive (Requires slightly more than League of Legends)

League of Legends (Requires absolutely nothing)

There are also several MMO's that I do play which I will list down below as well as these components are requirements to play them on the highest settings possible.

Wildstar (GPU & CPU Based)

World of Warcraft (Just because <3)

Star Wars: The Old Republic (CPU Based)

I would like to point out aswell that I am not from Canada nor America but am from The Netherlands. (Europe) and that the prices of the components I will list down below are from a website called Alternate. I use that to buy everything from peripherals to components to even other electronic devices and products. The price from EUR > USD will placed but prices can be cheaper due to your local store their sales or profit percentage encounterment.

Processor (CPU) AMD FX-6300 3.500 GHz Clock Speed (With the option to overclock it to 4.100 GHz) - €114,90 - $132,94

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+ Socket Motherboard - €84,90 - $94,90

Fan: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO CPU Cooler - €24,99 - $27,94

Memory: Crucial 16 GB (2x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Kit - Timings CL9 9-9-24 - €63,90 - $71,45

GPU (Graphics Card): MSI GTX 950 GAMING 2G - 2GB (GDDR5, 128 Bit) DVI-I, HDMI, 3x Displayport, SLI, Retail. - €179,90 - $201,12

Hard Drive: Seagate: ST1000DM003 - 8,5 ms / 64 MB / 7.200 rpm - €49,99 - $55.88

Solid State Drive: Kingston SSDNow V300 60 GB SSD - Read: 450 MB's/s - Write: 450 MB's/s - €39,99 - $44,70

Case: Sharkoon VS4-S - €29,99 - $33,53

Power Supply: Sharkoon WPM500 Bronze - 500 Watt, Cable Management, 80 PLUS Bronze - €54,90 - $61,40

Operating System: Windows 10 English - €99,00 - $110,68

Monitor: BenQ 21.5 inch Monitor GL2250HM 1920x1080  2ms (GtG), 5 MS (ISO) - €119 - $133.01

Total Price: €861,46 - $963.04

So this is pretty much the system I am going to be getting. And I did some test benchmarks by looking up videos on YouTube and looking through the benchmarks on the official NVIDIA Website. But this is what I got so far from it.

Counter-Strike Global Offensive: High/Very High (max) Graphics Settings with Motion Blur turned off: 150-200 FPS

League of Legends: Ultra Settings: 200-312 FPS

Obviously this is not enough to prove to you guys that this is a topclass PC so what I will do and it's gonna be shit quality. Whenever I get this PC in my house. I will show recording of me building the PC all together. Aswell as all the official benchmarks from the games that I listed in the top of the screen.

So let me know what you would take different on a build like this. I've build many other computers before and this is just a computer that after doing some research is going to be the best in terms of getting back into serious PC gaming again as a step away from my laptop.

So Imma get straight into this. Prices here are in euros and you validated them as pounds, which is 25% more value than the euro this build would essentially cost me 1250 euro and there is no monitor added to it.

I appreciate your effort. But this would go atleast 300-400 euros over my budget.

Also I am not looking to play super high end games like Fallout 4 or Crysis 3. I just need a computer where I can play games like CSGO on 1920x1080 resolution max settings and still have over 100-200 FPS performance.

Im not sure what you're talking about with the euros to pounds, but it comes in at about 990 euros. I can modify it to fit in a monitor though.

The only reason why I buy there is because I have friends working there so I can get those cheeky discounts.

if you want to play lol and csgo, then go with a budget of 600, will easily fit with the performance you are looking for.

still well within the 600 budget range, any modern i5 will do, and a simple gtx 960 or r9-380 will suffice.

il go and take a look-see

I might try to get some components from Azerty then considering they do have fairly low prices.

Actually funny to see the processor you took. I was actually considering to take that one aswell.

I will however still go for 16 GB of ram considering I do a lot of video editing for work aswell as Photoshop.
