£1200 server suggestions?

So we have been given the go ahead in work to spend £1200 on a web server for testing our web application.

 

What's the best hardware I can get for that? (New or Used, we don't mind) - Shipping to UK must be included in overall price.

 

No OS needed,  we will run Ubuntu as the host.  

 

Edit:

Rack mountable is preferable. (again, rack rails included in price if you can)

well, look around for second hand stuff locally, some datacenters may be throwing out last-gen devices for the cheap.

 

a place near me has 8c/16t hp proliant G5's for €80, i'm sure you'll find more recent stuff with a bigger budget

So, if you can have some friends help with the shipping, here's the server build. 9 TB of hard drive storage, 2 8 core xeons that you can buy off of ebay, but it only ships to the US. It is the same with all of the custom parts in the build. All the links are included in the build as the custom parts. It has a gtx 960 for your gpu. 32 gb of ecc server ram. I also included a link for a server rack website. The case is a custom part which is a rack mountable server case.
