Having issues getting an FTB server running.

I believe I have everything with the server files sorted but im now mainly having issues port forwarding. https://gyazo.com/3762680dc4d7cd2296a0c791177bf08a (the x's are of course the rest of my ipv4 :D ) These are the options I have and that is what I have filled out. In the server config files I have the port set of course. With the ip some people say leave it blank and other say put in my public ip. Please let me know which is right and if im missing anything with the port forwarding. :D thanks!
