ups how many va?

hello i dont know if this section is the right but i couldnt find something else so i had an accupower ups whitch after 4 years of operation just died so i want to ask how many va or wats i have to buy for a ups and what is the diferense betwen line interactive an online power . i want to be very silent becasuse it will be in my room and i dont want extra noise.

in this ups it will hoocked up my pc (2 6950 2 gb amd phenom 1090t overclocked h8o and 2 hard drives) my tv-monitor 27 inch ips smart tv lg my ps3 and my logitech speakers 200 wat. can anyone please recomend me a  good ups and how can i know how to conver va in wats thnx and    sorry for my english
