Here are his specs: He wants to be able to live-stream but apparently his PC is too slow to run (Twitch).

His Budget: £200

 

What should he upgrade?

What cpu is he running? EDIT: What games does he livestream?

He should need that to livestream, But he will need to upgrade his gpu in future to run more hardcore games

also you can use DXtory to grab the footage and take some load off your CPU

CPU to intel, mobo, and get a gpu. This however, will not be able to be accomplished on a $200 budget.
