I think the Blue Icicle will provide power. It basically converts your XLR mic into a usb mic without sacrificing the extra quality of an XLR mic... I think.

I can testify for the Blue Icicle - I've used it with an AT2020 too and it worked great.

A USB condenser mic preamp should do. After all, the AT2020 is most popular when sold in a bundle that includes one of those.

LG C2 OLED 48" 120hz | Epomaker TH80 (Gateron Yellow) | Logitech MX Master 3 | Koss Porta Pro Comm

You can probably find a USB to XLR cable somewhere. Just make sure it has more than just the cable on it and that it's rated to supply the +48v of phantom power the AT2020 needs to work.

Anything that's rated to provide +48v phantom power to a microphone. Behringer makes a ton of cheap mixers that should be fine if you just want a signal from a microphone and nothing particularly fancy. If you're savvy enough, you could probably build the circuit yourself using an external power adapter for the phantom power and a line-level auxiliary output to go into the microphone input port on your computer.
