GTX 960 Good For Gaming?

Just wanted to know if the GTX 960 is a good gaming GPU

It'll work, that's for sure.

I suggest the R9 380, however. It's faster, and the 4GB version can be had for around 960 prices if you shop around

depends what you are playing, but it should be good for most modern games 1080p at 40-60 fps.

But the R9 380 is even better at around the same price

I play all of these just fine on a 760. A 960 will be fine.

Or take a look at the 380x even. Here in germany it's only about 15-20€ more expensive than the gtx 960 but also a few percent more powerful.

It's a "good" card, but something being good doesn't mean it's the best in it's price range, that crown goes to AMD and the R9 380.
