computer freeze

need help i cant figure out why when watching a moving on netflix on my pc my screen with turn greyish green and computer freeze cant cntrl alt delete or alt tab or anything doesnt do it all the time just ever now and than

my pc spec are

250 g ssd 1 tb hd

asus gtx 970

i5 processor

16gb ram

Try a different pcie slot, could be the slot/traces. If that doesn't work, take the gpu it and try with the integrated graphics, if that doesn't fix it, then I'm not sure why.

 

I'm almost certain that it is the pcie, or the gpu
