Will my Intel core i7-4790K Quad Core 4.0 GHz LGA 1150 HD Graphics 4600

have any effect on my 2 way SLI EVGA GeForce GTX 980 TI Classified Gaming ACX 2.0+ Graphic card setup

I have heard somewhere that the integrated graphics combines with your graphic card and makes it even better

Is that true??

While a CPU can combine with a dgpu  this is usually reserved for weak systems (look up apu) .

 The rig you plan on building won't need this so don't worry about it!  Just plug them cards in, download nvidias drivers and you're good to game.
