It is in a way impossible to recommend you a mouse as you may like a certain mouse better than I may. If possible I would try and go to a store with a few mice and see what is there and what you like. Otherwise some videos on YouTube would probably be your best bet.

It's a crap shoot under $25.  The Func MS-2 was $25 at NCIX but the sale is gone.  I picked one up, it is not bad at all so far... a bit big for my hands.
