Please define the 'budget' and the rest of your specs. Otherwise, I'll just recommend the GTX 980Ti.

A card that will play the newest games for a long time to come and 'budget' don't really go hand in hand.  I just ordered myself a gtx 960 for my new build to hold me over until the new offerings arrive later this year.  That or a r9 380 are about as 'budget' as I'd go if you want something to potentially last a couple years.

my work in progress

i5 6600k  //  16gb g.skill ddr4 3000  //  evga gtx 980

custom water loop

R9 380 is best bang for buck right now.

R9 380 if you're planning to replace that rig soon. Any XFX/SeaSonic 500W PSU.

Hey Leomarc, A great budget Gpu would be the Gigabyte Ge force gtx 960 GV-N960G1 GAMING-4GD which sits at about 220 $ USD. Its more expensive than the regular 960 because of the 4 Gbs of ram, I chose this because more ram on a 960 never hurts anybody. Other wise go for an MSI Radeon r9 380 4GB V314-011R. This card is similar in price and is a good card.

With out knowing what case you have I can't suggest anything too crazy.  So here is an R9 Nano and a Corsair PSU.  These should just about fit in any build.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QxB9hM
Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QxB9hM/by_merchant/

Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 Nano 4GB Video Card  ($479.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($100.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $580.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Your budget will pretty much fit anything out there with in reason though but you would be better off saving the money to upgrade the rest of it as that CPU is nothing to write home about.

Wow it's like shopping from the 1990s has come back to haunt us.

Ok so this is what I came up with from that PDF:

PowerColor AXR7 370 2gb ddr5 256bit                      10040

Aerocool Strike-X: Bronze 600w                                   2860

You could also just go for a GTX 750 Ti and that would not need a psu upgrade.

Yea Power Color is one of the biggest OEMs that make AMD cards.  I have no issues recommending their stuff.
