evga 980 ti below is the best one you'll get aside from the hybrid or the kingpin. it's one of the best 980 ti's out there. overclocks well

you should buy dual ram sticks and not just one. 8gb is fine, but get 16gb if you can afford it. 2133 is fine, unless you plan on overclocking your ram to it's xmp profile
