how to install a card reader??

recently started to put together my gaming pc build. on my case there is a built in sd and micro sd card reader. (case: aerocool aero 500) and i am not sure if my mother board can even use the reader. (mother board: msi b150 gaming m3) can someone help me understand how it could be used as i am very new to the pc building
