here is the link for the  Isopropyl Alcohol

its 99.7%  i see in youtube thay use 99%

is the 99.7% still good to use it?

i used vodka once, hand sanitizer from when i was at school and needed to clean out an AMD CPU, 91% rubbing alcohol is my favorite though its cheap and dries fast. though you can alwasy drop by your local dollar store and buy the cheapo 50% rubbing alcohol.

Isopropyl alcohol (70% v/v or better)  or rubbing alcohol (95% v/v ethanol only)

Coffee filters work best, paper towel can work just don't use tissue.

Apply it however you want, just don't put too much on.  For most situations a pea size dot in the middle is perfect.

Static bracelets are for chumps, just ground yourself before touching anything and have the PC disconnected from power. (Either by unplugging the PSU or using a switch on the back of the PSU.)

I used the two step Arctic Sliver remover with coffee filters. Worked amazing on when I cleaned my fx 6300, prepped a i5 4690k, and cleaned off a celeron as well. Best $6 spent for cleaning and prepping cpus.
