i this pc build good

The 6700K will provide better performance in gaming than its Haswell-E counterparts (the i7 5930K and i7 5960X). So the first build is the best.

However, why you'd need 32GB of RAM just for gaming is beyond me. 16GB is more than enough. Also, 1000W for that build is overkill, you'll be fine with 850W. The rest looks good.

is the 3rd one good because i have an budget pretty high

The 1st is better if you're just gaming. The 3rd build has quite a lot of unnecessary parts.

Binned GPUs for better overclocking. Motherboard is overkill for my taste but it matches the RAM quite well aesthetically. If you don't care about looks, just stick with the Z170-A.
