Adobe Flash files gone after pc crashed

Guys!! I need help, My computer crashed and my .fla files are gone and I'm unable to find them! and I have an assignment hand in by Sunday night and it affects my GPA by a lot  is there a way to find a recovery file? stupid thing is that I didn't save my file as I don't usually turn off my computer but it'd be great if anyone could help.

If you *never* as in not even once saved your files and it was not set to save automatically every x minutes then everything would have been stored in ram which is completely erased whenever your computer shuts down.

If you saved the project at least once but those files are gone for some reason you *might* be able to find them again with recovery software like recurva: https://www.piriform.com/recuva

For the record whenever you are working on a major project... save frequently. Hell if the program isn't like photoshop and lets you save multiple version of the same project save multiple copies in case something doesn't pan out or you change your mind about something later and wish to undo an edit.
