New nas help

I am looking at building/ buying a nas/ plex server for home media i could be streaming to up to 5 tv at a time all hard wired. but i do not know how much cpu power i will need i have i have about 200movies worth of footage that i want place on this nas so any sugestions i have a buget of about 1000 us dollor

FreeNAS has some pre-built systems you can check out I believe.  I'm not sure how useful they may or may not be to you.

the cheapest one was 1000 dollars w/o a hard drive  i was looking at 1000 all in
