This window popped up on my screen after i reached the "Select the driver to be installed"

 

"A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive please insert it now.

 

Note: If the Windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step."

 

If I do need to make a bootable USB how many GB usb drive do I need I really don't want to make a bootable USB as I gonna take more time but let me know thanks. Also I dont know how to make one so probably not gonna learn anytime soon unless you guys can link me where to do it and the software I need to put on the USB.

 

I am booting from a USB dvd drive shown in the picture below my main driver is a 512GB Samsung Evo Pro

The first thing you need to do is go to your bios and make sure your sata configuration is set to AHCI, not ATA or Raid.

This error can come up if you have a sata controller that windows doesn't recognize or your Sata configuration is set to RAID in the bios.

Edit: it is already set to AHCI

its already set to AHCI
