Odd Problems with Computer

Since downloading the 364.51 Nvidia driver, my computer has been acting very strange. I have since freshly installed Windows 10 and am using driver 362 but no matter what I do, I'm running into very strange problems. Loading up Netflix or Shomi produces erratic mouse movement until the video is loaded and sometimes after it loads, my computer will have audio cut-outs and erratic mouse movement. Two days ago I would easily play The Division while watching Shomi on my 2nd monitor with zero issues at all, getting around 80 FPS. Trying to run The Division on the same settings now while watching Shomi, my software let me know that my CPU was over 80 degrees Celsius and that I should shut down whatever I was doing to stop my CPU from being damaged.

 

When I run my computer in Safe Mode, I can run Netflix and Shomi with zero issues so I thought it was a Nvidia driver issue but no matter what driver I install I get these issues. I even used DDU in Safe Mode to wipe all Nvidia drivers clean first to no avail. I'm just wondering the issues I had with driver 364.51 might have messed up some of my components? I was having the issue where the computer locks up, one monitor becomes solid grey and the other white with a high pitch noise.

 

I'd love some suggestions on how to fix this as I'm worried some of my components might have been damaged. Thanks in advance.

Bump - does anyone have any idea what's going on? I've tested everything I could possibly think of.

 

My computer runs perfectly without a Nvidia driver installed but that's not really a solution. I even tested with a different Nvidia card and I get the same problems.
