So I have the MSI Z97 PC Mate and it has 2 three pin system fan headers. But I have 4 Corsair AF120 BLED Quiet Edition. But since they're only 3 pin fan headers I can't control the speed of them, unless I can somehow. But they're getting better temps than my stock fans but they are 4x louder than my stock fans which is kind of a problem with my blue yeti that picks up EVERYTHING, but thats not the main problem. And since I have the S340 there is no Front Bays so I cant have a OD or a Front Panel fan controller, which is also a problem. Is there a 4 pin fan controller that I can control through hardware/software that doesn't involve mounting it onto a front panel bay?

you can control 3 pin fans without a fan controller but i would go with the grid
