Resource usage

So my hdd has been running at 100% a lot since i got this pc, i disabled superfetch since it was causing the problem but now my cpu spikes to 100 every 50 seconds for generally about 5 seconds, its being eaten up by a service host remote procedure call (2) any ideas on what i should do? Side note: when idle my cpu runs at 5-9%
